1.Nature of the platform

Ibervio (operated by UPX CO LTD, Cyprus) is a classified listings platform. All content posted on ibervio.com is user-generated and submitted by third-party advertisers. UPX CO LTD is a secondary producer as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to any sexually explicit content appearing on the platform.

UPX CO LTD does not produce, create, film, or commission any sexually explicit content. All such content, where it appears on the platform, is submitted directly by registered advertisers who represent and warrant that they hold all required records.

2.Advertiser obligations

All advertisers who post content on Ibervio that depicts actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct are required to:

• Maintain records verifying that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created
• Retain copies of government-issued photographic identification for all depicted individuals
• Maintain records of the legal name, date of birth, and any aliases of all depicted individuals
• Make these records available for inspection upon lawful request

By submitting content to Ibervio, advertisers represent and warrant that they are in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable local laws regarding age verification and record-keeping.

3.Age verification policy

Ibervio enforces a strict 18+ age requirement for all users and advertisers. Access to the adult section of the platform requires age confirmation on entry. Advertisers who post content depicting individuals are required to confirm, as a condition of use, that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and that valid age verification records are held.

Listings that are reported or found to depict minors will be removed immediately and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
