1.Introduction

These terms govern your use of Ibervio as an advertiser.

2.Legal Disclaimer

Ibervio is a classified advertising directory. All payments processed through this platform are exclusively for advertising placement, subscription plans, and platform features. UPXCO LTD does not promote, facilitate, arrange, intermediate, or contract for any services between users. Any interactions between users occur independently and outside the scope of this platform.

3.Account Registration

Advertisers must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.Content Guidelines

All advertisements must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes: illegal services, content involving minors, non-consensual content, and false or misleading claims.

5.Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Token purchases are non-refundable.

6.Verification

Identity verification is optional but recommended. Verified advertisers receive a badge on their profile. Biometric data is processed per GDPR Article 9 with explicit consent.

7.Content Removal

UPXCO LTD reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

8.Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, your listings will be deactivated.

9.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
