1.About Ibervio

Ibervio (operated by UPX CO LTD, a company registered in Cyprus) is an online classified listings platform serving the Iberian peninsula. Ibervio provides a neutral hosting environment for user-generated advertisements and listings. Ibervio is not a party to any transaction, arrangement, or agreement between advertisers and users.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Ibervio. By using this platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that it is legal to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing any part of this platform. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

3.User accounts

To place listings or access certain features you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.Advertiser responsibilities

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content they post. By submitting a listing you represent and warrant that:

• You are the author and owner of the content, or have all necessary rights and permissions
• All individuals depicted in any images or described in any listing are 18 years of age or older
• You hold valid age verification records for all depicted individuals as required by applicable law
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The content is not fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• You are advertising services that are legal in the jurisdiction where they are offered

5.Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Ibervio and will result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Any content depicting or involving minors in a sexual context
• Non-consensual sexual content of any kind
• Content that facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Content that is unlawful in Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, or the European Union
• Spam, duplicate listings, or misleading advertisements
• Content that harasses, threatens, or abuses any individual
• Malware, viruses, or any harmful code

6.Platform liability

Ibervio operates as a neutral hosting platform under the EU e-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act. We are not the author, publisher, or distributor of user-generated content and do not endorse any listing or advertiser.

We will act promptly on valid reports of illegal content. However, we cannot review all content before it is published and are not liable for the content of individual listings.

7.Content removal & moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including where content:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Has been reported as illegal or harmful
• Is the subject of a valid legal complaint or court order
• We otherwise determine to be inappropriate for the platform

To report content please use the report function on each listing or contact us at webmaster@ibervio.com. We aim to respond to all valid reports within 48 hours.

8.Payments & refunds

Paid listings and subscriptions are processed by our authorised payment processors. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Listings removed for violation of these Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

9.Intellectual property

The Ibervio name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of UPX CO LTD. You may not use them without our written permission. By posting content on Ibervio you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UPX CO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any content posted by third parties.

12.Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
